About the Houston Interfaith Forum

In 2004 Unity PeaceMakers launched a new project, an ongoing forum dedicated to the promotion of deepened mutual understanding, harmony, and peace among the many spiritual traditions and communities in the Houston area. Our gatherings involve food, fellowship, and discussion groups in an informal “global café” format.   Members of all spiritual communities from the area are invited to attend and participate.

In addition to these periodic discussions, we participate in a variety of interfaith events, including Gandhi Week, Interfaith Ministries’ Gathering of Women, the Amazing Faiths Dinner Dialogues, the Quaker Peace Festival and more!
